I'm Charlie - founder of BrainFrog Co., born integrator, and person most likely to have a colour coded spreadsheet open at any given moment!

I spent 15+ years working across law firms, wealth management, charity and neurodivergent support organisations before launching BrainFrog Co. in 2026. Not the most obvious career path - but that's exactly the point. Every role taught me something different about how businesses work, how people work, and how to bring the two together in a way that actually makes sense.

I'm genuinely curious about people. I ask a lot of questions - in a good way - because I believe that understanding how you and your business tick is the only way to give you support that actually fits.

I live in rural Leicestershire with my Firefighter husband, my two wildlings Juniper and Theodore, and somewhere in the region of forty houseplants - all thriving, thanks for asking. Home life is gloriously chaotic, which means I'm very good at staying calm when everything else isn't.

I'm data-minded, people-focused, neuro-affirmative and inclusive by nature. I care deeply about doing things properly. If I'm in it, I am absolutely in it!

I started BrainFrog Co. because working for myself makes the most sense for how my brain works.

After years of working across different organisations - and learning a lot about myself along the way - I know that I do my best work when I'm genuinely invested in what I'm doing.

I notice everything, I care about the details, and that's exactly what the people I support need.
